So I actually saw this episode of Tyra on t.v. and yay theres a clip of it.. its kinda long like 12 mins I think but worth watchin. Its about mothers teaching their daughters to marry for $ (although, there is one SENSIBLE mother who teaches her daughter to marry for love). I just thought this was very interesting cuz im pretty sure most of daughter's moms want their daughter to marry for money (maybe?). And also because its a very realistic issue
My grandma is always tellin me to marry a rich old guy (she married my grandpa who is white and was in the military).. and she be serious too lol. and well my mom says marry for love but marry someone who can support you too. I agree with my mom. I can be independent and have my own job and make my own money but if you my husband we need to support EACH OTHER. Ive never been the girlfriend to be a gold diggin type AT ALL. Anytime a guy asks to pay for me i always insist on them not payin or i make sure i ask once or twice its okay. I like chivalry and the man treatin the lady but believe it or not i actually like payin once in a while on dates and buyin gifts for my bf .. it makes me feel like an independent and generous person (:

ONLY a true wifey will do something for their man cuz he asks her to, cuz she cares enough about him to take the initiative to please his desires and make sure shes makin him happy despite the fact that it may not be in her favor, because she is not selfish, because she is compassionate.... none of this is in sexual means at all by the way. but what i dont understand is the Double Standard, when a woman does this for a man, he cant do the same or even half of that for her... thats a shame.

I know a lot of people are gonna have this video on their post but im just supporting the cause. I liked how they kept Michael's original part in the new version because he did co-write it. I loved the original and the re-make as well.

EVERY GIRL.. AND WHEN I MEAN EVERY GIRL.. I MEAN EVERY GIRL.. WANTS TO SEE THIS MOVIE. Its like the equivilent of the movie "The Notebook" .. Yes its a romance.. chick flick... whatever you wanna call it.. you dudes are prolly like ughh forreal. I mean its a cute movie! And if you wanna make your girl happy and see a good movie (a good movie doesnt have to be an action one -_-) then you should go with her to see it. I only reccommend it for couples.. since its heavily filled with romance.
Dear John comes out in theaters this Friday February 4 :)
